Bootcamp with Kevin has changed my outlook on working out. I have always done the traditional gym routine but found myself bored and in a rut. I joined a local bootcamp where Kevin was the instructor. Kevin is knowledgeable, motivating, charismatic, and entertaining, all necessary components for trainees to stay motivated and engaged.

The feeling of accomplishment that I get from my workouts is a big motivation in my schedule. I sleep better when I get exercise. I eat better to get through my workouts. I look better and have more energy for the activities that are important to me.

It has been just over six months since I started working out with Kevin and I am stronger, more motivate, and a faster runner due to these efforts.

I’ve been working out with Kevin from My Total Body Boot Camp twice a week for a while now and have seen an amazing change in my fitness level and appearance.  I’ve worked out with weight training and have run for years and considered myself fairly fit, but always struggled with core strength and flattening out my stomach and trimming down my midsection.  Since attending regular sessions with Kevin, my endurance has improved an amazing amount. I’ve dropped 5 pounds from around my waist and have totally flattened out my problematic lower-ab area that always bothered me.  My endurance and general muscle tone are also greatly improved.

Kevin is great at providing routines that are challenging and will push you toward your fitness goals, but will also modify them for people of different fitness levels.  By following his advice on form and gradually pushing myself, I’m amazed at how far I’ve been able to push my fitness level.  The classes are challenging but also fun and encouraging and I always walk away with a great sense of accomplishment.  At the age of 42, I can now honestly say I’m in the best shape of my life, and My Total Body Boot Camp is the main reason.
